Terms and ConditionsDEPOSITS: All reservations require a deposit before any arrangements can be confirmed. Deposit amounts will vary depending on the event, but these amounts will be made clear at the initial inquiry. Full payment is due no later than 60 days prior to departure date. The following also applies to your specific reservations: CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise directly stated. No refunds or credits will be given for any reason including but not limited to the following: reductions in group size, unused tours, unused portions of packages and failure of Buyer to comply with the terms and conditions listed herein. In an event of a reduction in group size, corresponding deposits of canceled passenger blocks are non-refundable and non-transferable (e.g. to the balance of the remaining group). If cancellation by one or more passengers alters the group rate requirements of the remaining passengers, those passengers still traveling must pay the revised rate. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies. We recommend purchasing Travel Protection Insurance. FULL PAYMENT: Depending on your reservations, payment in full may be required at the time of confirmation. Please note that all prices are subject to change up until such time as the package is paid in full. Payments made within 14 business days of the travel date must be made in the form of cash, credit card, or cashier's check. Payments by credit card require a completed Credit Card Authorization form. AIRLINE POLICIES: Airline penalties are subject to change and are at the sole discretion of the individual airline. Airfares are not guaranteed until ticket is issued. Some airlines may allow issued tickets to be exchanged for future travel only if the change is made at least 24 hours prior to departure date. Additional fees for changes/cancellations vary and will be imposed by the specific airline. Airline SEATS are on a request basis only. PROOF OF IDENTITY: U.S. Citizens traveling Domestically by air are required to present Government issued photo identification at designated security checkpoints. Passengers 18 years of age or older are required to have one of the following: 1. An official photo identification issued by a government authority. OR 2. Two forms of identification, one of which must be issued by a government authority. Acceptable forms of ID include the following:
Non-U.S. citizens who reside in the U.S. should carry their passport and U.S. Permanent Resident Card (or any other document which proves U.S. residency). Children under the age of 18 traveling with an adult are not required to show ID at time of check-in. International Travel Document RequirementsEach passenger traveling across any international boundary is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents and for complying with the laws of each country flown from, through or into. U.S. Departure and Entry RequirementsU.S. federal legislation requires all customers, regardless of citizenship or age, to hold a valid passport for travel by air to or from the U.S. Consult your travel consultant if you have any questions, or for more information visit www.travel.state.gov TRIP PROTECTION: All trip protection premiums are NON-REFUNDABLE. Travel Protection may be purchased up to the time of final payment; however, we suggest you purchase it at the time of deposit to guarantee your eligibility. Unexpected emergencies can occur that can effect your trip. Travel Protection Insurance should be purchased in order to make certain that assistance is available in the event an emergency arises. It is our responsibility to make you aware of this Trip Protection, and if you decline such insurance, a signed Voluntary Waiver of Protection form will be required. Consult your Travel Consultant for details on coverages and rates. GENERAL CONDITIONS - RESPONSIBILITY: Fan Base Travel, LLC, and/or their agents and/or suppliers of services pursuant to, or in connection with any itineraries shall act only as agents for the passenger in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, restaurants, and any other service and do not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay to person or property due to an act of negligence of, or default of, and hotel, carrier, restaurant, company, or person rendering any of the services included in the tour, or by act of God. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather, or other causes beyond their personal control. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing, or acts of any government or authority. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event, during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyance. The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and purchaser of these tours and/or passenger. CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: By checking the box below, I acknowledge that I have read all of the details above and agree to their accuracy. It is my sole responsibility to inform all others in my party of the above details, including trip protection, proof of citizenship requirements, including correct spelling of names and travel dates.
